The Hard Rock Cafe is a restaurant that offers assorted appetizers, salads, sandwiches, burgers, sides, entrees like fajitas, grilled sirloin steak, grilled lemon caper chicken, and grilled chicken marsala, and various desserts in their menu. On March 26, 2014, Wednesday, the restaurant launched a new menu by adding 30 new items and the modification of 28 existing menu items. Three new salads, three new desserts and grilled vegetable sandwich were added. This new sandwich combines freshly grilled vegetables, spicy Monterey Jack cheese, with a dash of balsamic reduction on toasted sour dough bread. Hard Rock Cafe's International Executive Chef, Russell Booth, said that, "We took a hard look at every single menu item and aimed to modify where needed, including added ingredients, sauces, how sides accompany the main dishes, and even what type of lettuce should appear on top of our Legendary® Burgers."
