Qsymia Side Effects

Qsymia, an anti obesity drug, is a combination of two medications, phentermine and topiramate. Qsymia is prescribed with exercise and a lower calorie diet for patients with weight-related health problems like high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and Type 2 diabetes. With studies reporting a loss of an average of 10 to 14 percent of the total body weight, Qsymia is not without side effects. The most common side effects include changes in taste, tingling, dryness in the mouth, respiratory infection, and constipation.
